i. Mx6ul Freescale is about to release the low-power processor i.mx6ultralite processor of gigabit network transformer based on arm cortex-a7 core

Freescale Freescale will release a new low-power processor i.mx6ul based on arm cortex-a7 core in July, which is mainly used in vehicle information processing, home energy management system, industrial control field, Internet of things gateway and other applications.

i. Mx6ul is a high-performance, low-power processor family, based on arm cortex-a7 core, with the main frequency up to 528mhz. i. The mx6ultralite application processor includes an integrated power management module. The micro Ethernet RJ45 connector can save the external PMU, reduce the complexity of external power supply and simplify the power on sequence. Each processor of this series provides a variety of memory interfaces. The price of micro Ethernet RJ45 connector includes 16 bit lpddr2, DDR3, ddr3l, NAND flash, nor flash, EMMC, with QSPI SPI interface, it can connect with a wide range of peripherals, such as WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, display screen and camera, etc.
